Selva Vins is the personal project of Carlos Rodríguez Furthmann, a Majorcan wine grower by profession for almost 20 years. SELVA VINS, a small artisan winery located in Selva. His philosophy is the least possible manipulation of wines to achieve different expressions, more authentic, original wines, with personality and character. Betting on the native varieties, spontaneous fermentation (without adding commercial yeast) and without any added in the wines, neither filters or clarifies them. The result is wines of small production and a little (or quite) daring, but of great quality.
